Where can I find a reputable car dealer (honest about car condition and value) in the Washington, DC area?
I want to buy a cheap car for $2500. I need a dealer who will give me a good deal and be honest about the condition. Also, easy in house financing would be nice too.

- Good luck finding a quality used car for $2500. At that price range, they are a crapshoot, at best. If you want an honest opinion, you are going to have to pay a professional for their opinion. In-house financing is all you will get at that price-point, as well. And In-house financing means interest rates typically over 15%. Put down as much cash as you can possibly afford.
