Can you get financial aid from one country and use it to study abroad?
I live in B.C., Canada, but I wanted to go study in England. How would that work? I will more then likely be needed financial help, but can you even get a student loan and use it to study abroad? or student loans

- I am not sure about how Canada does things, but in the US, the only way you can do that is if your school at home sponsors the program
