financing business project & attracts investors?
i have this business project for my business 101 course , its about building a country/social club in my city, its like a unique get away that offers a variety of activities my question is how can i finance this project ? i thought about a loan from a bank & investors help! how much should i return to these investors like 10% of what they invested or more? and the period is going to be for how long ?

- Depends on the risk but 10% is a little steep. Junk bonds trade at around 6-9% (10 yrs) these days.
