Getting A VISA And Student Finance In America?

Hi i just read your article on studying in America from 3 years ago. I know its a long time but i am looking into studying at Metro community College in Nebraska. The only part i am struggling with is the VISA application and the student finance because on an F1 VISA you are ineligible for student finance. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks David Coggin.

1. There is no financial aid available to foreign students except for scholarships that are eligible for all students attending a certain school IF that school has any such scholarships. The majority of financial aid is only for American citizens.
