How much will my monthly mortgage payment be?
I am looking to buy a new home with a base price of $205,000. I will be able to put $25,000 down and so in turn will be financing $180,000. Property taxes were roughly $2250 last year and HOA $900/yr. I want to get a good idea on what my mortgage would be monthly if anyone could estimate on a 30yr/fixed. My credit score is 755 and this is my second home (just sold my first). Thanks for the help! Need a little better idea than what the mortgage calculators online like to give--factoring in things like taxes and home owners insurance.

- go to realtor.com there is a calculator on there you can add in different variables to figure out what it might be... edit: thats what those calculators are for..to add the insurance and taxes..we did and it was within 15 bucks of our mortgage..you must not be using one that allows you to add variables the answer below me with the 1200 payment is wrong...my house we just bought was under 175 with taxes and insurance that is our interest rate....its 1295 amonth
- Do not move into a place with an HOA. You want to paint your house, you gotta ask permission, then they deny you and you have to pay $900 a year for that!! You want to do anything and you have to ask permission. Move into a nice quiet neighborhood with NO HOA!! In any case you payment would be about $1200 a month based on your interest rate being 5.75%.
