Looking For A Owner Financed Home in San Antonio,TX.?

I am looking for a owner financed home and I do not know where to start or how to go about getting a listing of homes anyone have any clue?? Can a reltor help me??

1. you can always look on... http://www.forsalebyowner.com/ type in the city and state or zip code and a list of homes will come up for the area.... when you pull up a home it will state if owner financing is available..... also check with the local realtors in the area, a lot of time they will know of which owners will have financing available..... good luck!!
