Buyer of Owner Financed home not Paying- I want to foreclose?
I owner financed a 15 acre parcel of land with a home to a man two years ago, as of 2 months ago he stopped paying and is now moved out. He has disconnected all of his phones and I cannot get int ouch with him. How would I foreclose the land, he has not paid but 10,000$ of 120,000$ Thank you.

- get a real estate attorney. they will foreclose whether or not they can get in touch with him and file a deficiency judgment against him. this is not something you want to attempt on your own. with all the laws regarding foreclosure, if you attempt this on your own and forget one thing, he can legally get out of the balance owing. it is technically a debt collection and foreclosure and you cant risk messing it up too much money at stake. most attorneys that specialize in this charge a flat fee for the entire process not by the hour. good luck
