Any suggestions for my sister who is going into the real world that she needs to know about finance/business?

My sister is graduating and I was wondering if anyone has any information or suggestions on business/finance that might be helpful to her? I'm trying to be a nice 14-year-old brother and help her. :P Thanks.

1. Remember that people who enjoy their work usually perform better and are more successful. Business and finance have many opportunities to serve other people. Make sure you like to serve others. INTEGRITY...always do what is best for your customer/client. If your employer doesn't allow you to watch out for the customer, then you may have picked the wrong employer.
