1. If you go into business, there are two types of skills which you will need. One are the human skills, such as you would learn in management and marketing classes. The other are financial skills, such as what you would learn in finance. The purpose of business is to create a profit. You need to be able to manage and analyze the firm's financial status in order to be successful.
2. What good is Administrating a business if the business has no finance? Once you answer that question perhaps you will figure out the importance of finance which is the oil which keeps the wheels turning..
