I am looking for seed money to prepare a proposal suitable for lenders/equity investers in a retirement home.?
This project would be in Greece, where the demographics show, as throughout Europe, that the Age structure is such that more and more people will have to live in some sort of assisted homes. We have an ideal place to position the community, we require the seed money to attract the real capital for the purchase and development. Does anybody know with whom we should contact to discuss financing?
