I need equity to open a restaurant!?

I want to open up a franchise restaurant, but would need to find about $750k in equity (not debt financing). I already have the liquor license! Are there any groups that help find equity injections or provide the equity themselves (hopefully, as a silent partner)? Links would be helpful.
