I have a business idea but no funds to develop it, is anybody out there who can provide the finance we partner

Iwould wish to build a floating restaurant on lake Victoria(Kenya) I am a hotelier by profession.Pease if I can find a partner to finance the venture I would be very happy to carry out this idea.I am a Kenyan by birth,working in Sudan as a restaurant manager.Please serious partners only to reply.

2. Sorry I would not invest in your venture. If you can't even be bothered to spell check your post, I would have no faith in you producing price lists and doing the books etc.
3. I get much better business proposals from Africa at least once per week. $Millions offered just for investing some money for them. Also I win lotteries all the time.
