How much would it cost to start up a Take N Bake pizza parlor? i.e. fixtures, rent, decorating, equipment, etc
How about financing the Business? Where should the money come from to finance the restaurant?

- These costs can vary GREATLY. I was in the pizza biz for 12 years. You must take into account the location/town in which you intend to start up, whether or not you will be acquiring new or used equip, fixtures etc. Insurance will be a big deal because, if a customer does not handle the product properly, they can and WILL sue you. Financing may come from several sources, however not many would be willing to risk it because of the liability issue.
- Franchises are generally more expensive than starting your own. Unless you are going with a nationally known name (Domino's or Pizza Hut) I would suggest just starting your own place. Here is the information on franchising with Take N Bake: Total Investment Range: $63,000 - $103,000 Minimum Cash Required: $60,000 And remember, after you join their franchise you have to pay monthly royalties, follow their advertising schemes, use their pricing - they have to preapprove everything. Really look into the business, check out the customer base and see what to expect. Call local or surrounding owners, etc. good luck!
