Where can I find a philanthropist to finance opening a nightclub/restaurant?

I would like to open a resturant like those in the '1940's' movies. With elegance and orchestra/bib band music.

If you present a business plan ,an accountant, bank or the Small Business Administration may finance your dream.However, for your sake,I hope you have some experience in the hospitality industry because the restaurant business is very difficult and fickle.Knowledge of management,finance ,food buying and hiring competent people is critical.Good luck and God bless.

3. Every business idea is workable. But people fail, and its people who fall short. This is an excellent idea for a large metropolitan city center of at leats 2 million population or more to have the clients you need to support it. You will never be approved for a loan in the millions on your present income and someone with that kind of money after hearing your idea would simply do it for themselves without you. So millionaires will not be helpful to you. This idea you have is the type of business some who has been in business would do as their crowning achievment as their claim to fame. Because there are elements of dining and theme based entertainment in your idea you need to break it down into a more easily digestible plan. Wow a club like this would probably have construction costs well into the tens of millions of dollars and could only ever do business in cities like N.Y.C. L.A. or chicago.
