Medical School Rotations Question?

I was wondering how you finance your life during your Medical School Rotations. Like, you're still paying tuition, and that can be from a loan, so that's no problem, but how do you pay for your living expenses like room and board, food, car, insurance, clothes, etc? I especially ask this because it is nearly impossible to have a job during your rotations, and if you're not recieving money from your parents, how would you survive? thanks

  1. You are still in school, its loans and scholarships.
  2. Well, my sister is in Medical school. Her loans are covering everything. Her room rent, food, and other expenses. You have to remember that students are poor. You can not afford to have a lavishing life style. You have to control on your expenses. When you get that loan money, keep it safely and spend it wisely. My friend used her loan money on other people and now she owe so much. Medical school life is tough. Make sure you don't eat out too much. Try to cook at home to save money.
