- Why dont you just take up jogging? its free, and it isn't a smack in the face to people that cant afford to eat, while you pushed yourself to maximum capacity and are now paying to get it sucked out.
- Hi, there are many surgeons now who advertise nationally (and even internationally) to enable people to get cosmetic surgery on credit. If you have, as you say, good credit then you should have no problem getting liposuction. BUT (and this is a big BUT) liposuction is not a simple, painfree operation which will instantly give you a slim and toned body. It will leave you, after a great deal of pain afterwards, with a swollen, bruised and painful body. You will certainly lose some weight, and the better surgeons can reseal your body so it doesn't look too bad, but the reality is this...you have gained weight because you eat more than you burn off. That's not an insult, but an absolute. If you merely use an operation to remove some of this fat, you may look slimmer, but you will be in the situation where you haven't changed your lifestyle and you will start over again piling it back on. Then you will be back as you are now, you will have suffered (sometimes) terrible pain, and will also be deep in debt. Do you think this is a good prospect? Neither do I. Why not change your lifestyle? (there are hundreds of diet and excercise plans around) and lose the weight while at the same time gaining in fitness, general health and confidence? Surgery should be an absolutely LAST resort, not an 'easy' alternative to eating sensibly and excercising. Please look very carefully before choosing this path. Look also at the many (very many!) examples of surgeries that 'went wrong' Google should provide you with hundreds of examples. Liposuction, to reiterate, is NOT a simple, painless way of losing weight. It can be extremely painful, sometimes for months, and will not help you maintain any weight loss it succeeds in giving. Please don't waste your money. BobSpain
- Save up and get it, the weight isn't going anywhere. Doing something like that on credit is silly.
