sueing a finance company?
i have been sued by a finace company who are trying to collect on a bad pool installed and the job was never finished i tried to pay for the work that was done but they want it alll

- Sounds like breach of an implied warranty to me. I suggest you talk to a lawyer ASAP. Give the lawyer all of the documentation that you have. You might be able to win....it all depends.
- call an attorney.. you have a right to file a counter attack on them for work they are charging you for never being done.. Not only can you collect damages but also your attorney fee's Good luck.. Oh and call the FTC and your state attorney generals office to file compaint against them..
