Cost to build Inground Pool?
I had my house built three years ago, and my backyard is still empty. The only thing back there is the grass. I haven't done anything yet because I wasn't sure how I wanted my backyard to look. Now, I'm really thinking about having a pool put in. What's the cheapest cost for having an inground pool installed? If it's financed, on average what would tbe he monthly payment?

- Hi, Big Savings for your home maitenance and repairs. It's legitimate. As featured on NBC News Special Edition.Check it out here: http://loanweb.ez-mart.biz
- prices vary by area. Determine which kind of pool is best for your area- pre fabricated fiberglass, liner, or cement. If you are in Michigan- use a liner because of the ground freezing and thawing. My brother in law spent 30 grand on a fiberglass pool with swim jet and lights, and the following year it cracked. If you have equity in your home and do a refi- the interest paid on the loan will be cheaper, unless you roll in other debt as well. I can give a a free analysis on a refi, with money out, and tell you what your new house payment will be. You will have to contact me though.
- not sure how much your monthly payment would be but if you wanted a basic gunite swimming pool 16'x32' 4' to 6' deep it should cost close to 27,000 thats here in southern oregon anyways
