How can I manage my finances better?
I'm not very good at paying my bills on time. Any suggestions?

- Use auto pay features. My bank will send my rent check out for me every month, I simply had to enter the information online and they cut the check for me. Every time the lease renews I go in and set up the payment schedule. Also, some places will allow you to have a auto debit set up also. Instead of the bank sending the money your credit card pulls the money from your bank account for you. While these methods are easy, they do require you to properly manage your accounts, nothing worse than having money pulled out of an empty checking account. Another option if you do everything on paper, is get a box, folder, etc and place all your bills in it as they come in the mail. Every week the same time (monday nite after work maybe while dinner is cooking) open the folder and pay the bills that are due. Getting into a schedule like that becomes routine and if you are keeping up on things you won't miss any payments and it will be a quicker process than trying to do everythign at once.
- same here just don't have the time except went the tv/electricity/phone is off then i remember...but i pay but it hurts went that late fee hit u.....use to happen a lot all cuz bad company and friend.....but hey all u have to do is just keep on top of you,only u can't and hey u want to live that nice a nd clean credit free live.....be on your game....only u can't make it happen...best of luck....
