Which college can i apply to get scholarship or financial aid for my studies in USA?

I'm majoring in actuarial science and currently enrolling in ADP. I'm going to transfer to US university soon. I would like to know how can I apply for financial aid or scholarship. I heard that it is hard for international student to apply scholarship or financial aid.

1. Almost all colleges offer their own scholarships..Well that is probably true ..but if you callor look in the internet at the college of your choice and write them and se what is available for international students...
