How and where to add my profiles to receive business/Finance artilces?

I wanted to find out how and where to add my site and contact info so that writers can submit articles directly to me then I will chose which one I want to publish? Thanks for the info...

2. I do this for medical journals and findings. You need to set up provisory business associates. This gives you a heads up for their work. I did the first medical journal ever produced for the international community from China. That put the ball in my court for medical findings and research papers. Of course it helps to have knowledge in medical fields and know medical Latin and Greek.
