Why did Bush make Sam Fox an ambassador behind closed doors?
- He financed the Swift boat veterans for lies and deceit. - NOTE: john + aimhigh (below) Twisted my question "So it is against the law to appoint someone as Ambassador because they made a political contribution?" Can anyone point out where the question I posed called Bush's deed illegal? Neo-cons see and hear whatever their imagination dictates through their Limbaugh implant.

- Because Bush wipes his ass with the constitution and he knew he could never get this guy through the senate. Its Bushes world and unfortunately we are living in it for a while longer. I bet Bush is really pissed that the Iranians freed the sailors.
- Little bit late for that now isn't it chi guy, everyone believed them LOLOL
- Sam Fox is one of the heads of the Jewish Republicans. You have to be a Jew nowadays to serve in political office. And people will call you anti-semitic if you point out that truth. Strange times we live in!
- So it is against the law to appoint someone as Ambassador because they made a political contribution? I thought you supported Free Speech? Oh thats right only speech you AGREE with. Sorry, my bad ADD: BTW the President can do what he did via the US Constitution. You know the thing the liberals always reference but never read. Try Article 2 Section 2 about recess appointments. ADD2: You are right you did not say it was illegal you just implied it was wrong ("Behind closed doors") Have not listened to Rush today or even this year so that talking point ain't working. Bush appointed Sam Fox because he supports Bush' beliefs and Bush thought he would make a good ambassador. Does everything with you have to be a Pinky and the Brain episode about taking over the world?
- If you have any legal protocol web sites or sources as to proper legal proceedings, please feel free to share.
- Because Sam Fox had a cold that day and Bush did not want any air draft in the room.
- Bush does all his best work in a closet.
- because he had to give him his restrictions
- Because Bush is a coward at work... Its only ok when THEY do it... As for the Republican Party, it's recently hit a new level of paradox, a level never thought even able to exist, much like the once-accepted belief that if a human being held its breath until its head exploded it would no longer be able to function. The Republican Party, on the one hand, pushes to protect everything that is important from the past in order to help build as strong a future as possible. On the other hand, it has become the Stupidest Party in the Entire World.
- Just because a person supports a cause as long as its not against the law, or what they believe whats the big deal. Why did Kerry get awards for scratches, always had a camera recording. Got 4 purple hearts in 4 months Bull it was because of his plans after service. I spent 25 years No respect for a person like him, used the military and lied to advance his political career.
- exactly how do you know he financed it, wait i know you saw him pull out his fat cat wallet no wait you were running the visa mastercard machine when he put it on credit. every politician in the WORLD does things for people who they admire or that helps them. lets see i think I'll run for president, win and then give an ambassadorship to the person that spread lies about me during the campaign. yea right nobody in the real world does it why should he.
- Spite, Mr. Keary should be good and riled up by now. and the president has the right as long as the congress is out of session. AND he can stay appointed for up to 1 year, lol. How bout that Nancy.
- I don't think the issue is so much that Bush appointed Fox but that he tried to be sneaky AGAIN.
- WWWHHHHAAAATTTTTTTT
- He did this because he hates Democracy and all it stands for...he knew he couldn't get his famous up or down vote because the retard Bush would lose, so he circumvented the system, he is such scum, as are his AMERICAN HATING followers. They are almost as dangerous as Al Queda
