doublewide and modular refinancing??
need financing for modulars and doublewides on blocks, no hitch, no wheels, in jersey and pennsylvania usually these people have excellent credit, and no lates, but their loan doeset show as a mortgage! they are paying int rates like they financed a boat! pleeze help!

- Are the homes on land they own or in a park? Typically properties like these that are not on a permanent foundation are considered "automobiles" not a house, until it is put on a permanent foundation....thus the difference in the loan classifiaction and rate. If they are in a park or other land they pay rent for, try the following company: United General Mortgage Corporation 888-919-8462 They deal with these kinds of properties and someone there may be able to help you or point you in the right direction.
