1. Three day, but in certain states, if you take posession of the vehicle before that time, it is deemed that you waived those rights.
2. Up to the moment you accept the terms of the loan by signing the document on the line. As far as changing your mind about the car, then you have up until you sign the purchase order. Lots seem to think you have 72 hours or 3 days to change your mind. You don't. That only works when a salesman has called you, not when you go in and say "I want this."
