How long after you purchase a car on Finance are you able to swap, sell back to the garage?

1. Technically right after. But, of course, you don't get as much as you paid for.
2. The moment you sign the papers you own the car (along with your finance company). At that point you can do anything you want with it. You could sell it to your neighbor when you get home, or drive down the street and use it as a trade in. Car dealers do this all the time. Buy a car cheaply, then resell it for more...thats the basics of the game.
