What is a Yahoo! Finance purchase protection account?

I responded to an ad for an automobile for sale, and the seller emailed me that the price of the car is $4,000.00, and she has a Yahoo! Finance purchase protection account for $10,000.00. What exactly does that mean to me as the buyer?

1. Sounds like spam or a scam which means absolutely nothing to you. Delete it or throw it away and do not respond to it or send money.
2. Why do people ask these dumb questions ? It obveously a scam. Go Buy It !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
