How can I finance the purchase of overseas property?
Can I get a loan through a US bank or do I have to obtain financing through a bank in the country from which I purchase? Are there other financing options?

- US banks probably will not lend to you on the property. You will need to get financing in the country you buy from or use a line of credit from another property you own in the states. Make sure to get title insurance!
